    What was the problem?

    Party house in the Trichy district was getting complaints from the local residents of different locality and they found it difficult to maintain and delegate the problems. Also they had a difficulty in keep the connect with the people about their latest developments. Every Time they had to bring in press to update their developments which weren’t given importance most of the times.

    How did we analyze the problem?

    We were in the Party house weeks together and analyzed on how we could provide them a solution to streamline the process to make working easy for the fellow party members. Also we analyzed on ways how the developments were updated to the press.

    What was the solution?

    We created a mobile app, web app and an admin app for the party to streamline process. Mobile app and web app were updated with all the latest complaints and also were feeded with latest developments from the party house. Admin app was used by the party authorities to keep track and update status of the complaints and enforce on the authorities to fix them. Also updated news and provided the news links of the party app for the press to get the uniformity in the news.
